it depends on which hostel and even which room u're gonna stay. muahahaha.... funny but true.

wifi shit is a common practice when everyone hijack the line. I'm not sure about the line management, but during my time, you can organize thanksgiving if you can even login to facebook in hostel.

especially those pps-ers or 3rd party movie streamers start their work. say goodbye to connection.

btw, it's always handy to put a lan cable in your laptop bag. you never know when you need one.

need advice if nak apply uum with pointer 2.87 diploma in accounting with band 3 ade change accepted x, because just checked uum web says minimum 3.00 pointer. if not, mintak other alternative kos  :)  tq.

To be honest, quite hard to enter with your cgpa. Since accounting is quite a competitive course here.

SINTOK - Dua pelajar Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM) dan seorang penunggang motosikal nyaris maut apabila air sungai melimpah di Jalan Sintok- Bukit Kachi, di sini kelmarin.

Dalam kejadian jam 11.40 malam itu penunggang motosikal Nor Zaimi Ibrahim, 39, yang cuba meredah arus deras, tiba-tiba terjatuh dan hampir lemas.

Pegawai Operasi Balai Bomba dan Penyelamat Bukit Kayu Hitam, Lee Ah Hing berkata, kejadian berlaku kira-kira 1 kilometer sebelum sampai ke Bukit Kachi.

Bagaimanapun, mangsa terselamat selepas dapat berpaut pada tiang elektrik ketika dihanyutkan arus.

“Dua lagi mangsa terperangkap dalam arus deras itu, Mohd Saiful Afendi Azlan, 25, dan rakan Siti Nor Aishah Mohd Zain, 24, yang berada dalam kereta untuk ke kolej kediaman UUM Bukit Kachi.

“Kedua-duanya diselamatkan anggota bomba dengan menggunakan tali bagi mengeluarkan mangsa dari kawasan kejadian," katanya.

Tambah beliau, air sungai berhampiran jalan melimpah akibat hujan lebat sebelum itu menyebabkan arus deras melintasi jalan dan mangsa terperangkap di tengah-tengah jalan itu," katanya.

Beberapa bangunan UUM dan Akademi Binaan Malaysia Bukit Kachi turut dilanda banjir lumpur akibat hujan lebat.
