How easily people are being blinded by a simple technique of advertisement. I'm not pointing you out but this what happened to almost most of us (including me) whether in supplements area or other area.

If you can see, there are only 26 servings per 5lbs tub and you get 50g protein per serving. A Muscle Pharm Combat Powder 4lbs gives 54 servings and 25g or protein per serving which if you do the math, it is almost the same (except for MP comes with 4lbs tub).

Don't get me wrong here. You need to do some extra research first for anything. Just showing that it is just the same protein just like other whey

yes. basically servings means 'how many time we can use the product before it finished'. The muscle peak can give you 50g of protein per 26 servings or 25g of protein per 52 servings which is almost the same with others whey supplements.

no biggie there. me? I don't take any whey supps at the moment because I can get my daily protein intake through real foods. Not saying that supps are bad but if you can't consume the required amount of protein daily, helps ur self out. The serving you take depending on how much protein you need. If you need to consume 200g of protein daily but you only managed to consumed 150g, take 2 servings of protein which gives you 50g of protein.

If you are in a muscle gaining phase, take as much protein as possible within economical and reasonable limits of course.

Protein is like money, you can't get enough of it while bulking.

U cant use math in supplement intake bcoz u will making it look more complicated rclxub.gif
Here how its go bro, protein contain 24g or even 50g per serving that is not mean u need to calculate for the whole tub bro... U need the protein to help u cover up ur body need lol whistling.gif per servings mean every single time u take it... more protein contain means it can supply more to ur body...

haha thnx... by the way here is another one.... people always ask what is the different between whey and mass gainer... here how it goes,by taking mass gainer u will be provided with more calories which help you to gain muscle and size.. while taking whey will give u more define look bcoz u use whey in cutting phase... notworthy.gif

Kinda wrong. =) Calories are king for bulking, protein secondary. You can get away with 0.75g/lb of protein per bw. Especially when high carbs/carb loading.

You don't need mass gainer. Btw, due to my job, I have to depend on whey quite a bit. Lol. Sometimes 4-5 scoops aday. Whatever gets the job one.

this was moderately funny lol.

tell you what, take a look at your current protein tub before you reply to this.

Check how many scoops are there in a serving, and how many servings are there in a tub.

now compare that to say... another brand, ie. myofusion probiotic if you're using a protein blend and ON whey if you're using whey.

this is what the other posters are saying when they are replying to you.
