greetings buyers, would like to ask if anybody's gotten their stamped S&P yet? I called the developer recently and was informed that they are doing it in batches and there is no tentative date at all.

Should this be something to be worried about? what are the implications?

I know right, I got the same treatment also, worst, she called and scolded my banker too.. apparently she say 1 week notice to sign SPA not enough. wtf?

yay! got a call from developer, SPA is ready for collection - will head over to their office tomorrow

Now that I've obtained my SPA, what's next? *confuse* Do I need to call up the bank and ask for the stamped loan agreement? when do I start paying?

Ya, apparently all the titles they initially submitted cannot be used liao, coz now all under 1 master title. but for my case, they just going to add in a new page and will get me to sign that page - no need resign entire SPA.

I'm 1 of the early bird buyers, maybe that's why? or it could be because I kept calling the lawyer firm and enquire on my status too erm, not sure where the lawyer firm is, I've always dealt with them or the developer in the developer office.

Have not signed the extra page yet bro - developer say still sorting out, so you can say I have an incomplete set of stamped SPA right now.

this developer abit ambitious imo, launch 2 projects at same time with the same # of resources, sure everything kelam kabut..

the development seem to be going pretty slow - anyone have any idea when the 2nd drawdown will be? Last I asked the developer office, they said after CNY, but now still no news.

Oo, so 2nd drawdown only already delay by at least 2 months.. I hope the completion date will not be delayed

Brothers and sisters, any owners here already started paying interest to bank? The developer hasn't issued a payment order to the banks yet right? :S kinda worried now

Talked to lawyer, said that expected May only developer will request bank to release first draw down.. so long T.T and keep delay - this development high chance delayed completion?

Every couple of weeks I will head to site to see progress, but always same 1.. few mths back piling, now still piling. Like no changes.
