greetings buyers, would like to ask if anybody's gotten their stamped S&P yet? I called the developer recently and was informed that they are doing it in batches and there is no tentative date at all.
Should this be something to be worried about? what are the implications? p/s: abit kancheong as this is my first prop |

Mine is already stamped early of the month. 2 of my relatives also had been stamped. Have received letters on this. You can check with the lawyer.

just checked with SA. was told stamped SPA would be returned within the next 2 weeks for first batch buyers.
