Bear in mind.. in MAD 582 units are split to two blocks and each block is having 3+1 Iifts. Ratio wise is 72units/lift. Pretty generous. Some of the later launches like SB 460units/block share 3+1 lifts. TR residence 642units share 4+2lifts.

You need to ask MM agent how many lifts allocated for each block (2162units/4blocks).
