Maxim cheras is still one of the most affordable new subsale proxy for property within MRT and and mall walking distance.
Even Connaught Avenue can be rented out for 1500-rm1,800 without MRt and I personally think Maxim is a notch or two higher than Connaught Avenue. |

The commercial will be open to public.
The frontage seems to be quite good to catch those who passing by to Alam Damai, Damai Perdana etc. And there are plenty of carpark space infront of the retails. |

Maxim Alam Damai is 582 units on 3acre+ land. Where else Maxim Majestic is 2162 units on 6acre+ land. the density for MM is almost double the MAD.
