Maxim cheras is still one of the most affordable new subsale proxy for property within MRT and and mall walking distance.

Even Connaught Avenue can be rented out for 1500-rm1,800 without MRt and I personally think Maxim is a notch or two higher than Connaught Avenue.

I think it is not a bad thing Maxim take their sweet time to complete this project. Let the MRT in operational first....

If you noticed from the photos from PROPCAFE, there are steel brackets on the building structural to support the pedestrian linkage.

And the steel structural linkage is still lying on the ground.

The next I wonder whether the developer of cheras center point will build pedestrian linkage from their shoplots to thr cheras Sentral or not.

If the developer is smart... They will expeditiously construct the pedestrian link to at Cheras Sentral to tap in to pedestrian traffic who may walk from MRT to Alam Damai/Connaught.

The ongoing rental rate with just lighting, ceiling fan and water heater in Maxim citilight is rm1100-1200 and snapped up immediately. Not even Curtain or built in kitchen cabinet provided.

I am referring to ongoing rental for basic furnished unit not the occupancy.

If want discuss about occupancy and demographic, just see another one year down the road...

The commercial will be open to public.

The frontage seems to be quite good to catch those who passing by to Alam Damai, Damai Perdana etc.

And there are plenty of carpark space infront of the retails.

Maxim Alam Damai is 582 units on 3acre+ land. Where else Maxim Majestic is 2162 units on 6acre+ land. the density for MM is almost double the MAD.
