That's what I wondering too.
In all my thought, granite should be more expensive than medium quality solid surface hardtop and quartz is a little bit higher than granite. I have other KC co provide me such quotation.
But for Unity, the solid surface is not a cheap price and hence just top up a little bit to get Granite and Quartz, thats confuse me too because in my mind, granite should be more solid and heat resistant and quartz is more good looking with lil shiny top....
I planning to get only solid surface for my dry kitchen because it may a lot cheaper compare to granite and quartz, but surprise that it just top up RM 350 to get granite or quartz. Ya, the SA also pushing for the Quartz.
Any bro can share idea which is better for dry kitchen with oven? Solid surface is 8k and if with granite or quartz, just add on RM 350 to get it ....
If budget isn't an issue for one, should opt for the premium one, as setting up this quite hard and normally the setup will last long In all my thought, granite should be more expensive than medium quality solid surface hardtop and quartz is a little bit higher than granite.
