Do guys have the concrete top ready prior to installing your granite/quartz top with your kitchen cabinets or is it done directly to the cabinet?

Hey guys,

Anyone here engaged or dealt with the above person/company (Mr Chu from Exact Timber Trading) before?

Appreciate it if anyone can share any experience as he seems to be the only one providing Quartz below rm200 around KL area but not sure if it's real or not...
