QUOTE(CyntrixTech @ Nov 6 2012, 12:00 PM) Bad News: #1 - X6 will not make it this batch as they did not pass QC. Demo will be in December #2 - ST3 stand only has 1 pair as HiVi sold out on them so we won't even open it up as demo You'd likely want to fork out RM 200+ more to get the M200MKiii. We can't give you much advice here since even we haven't gotten a chance to listen to everything. Drop by when the speakers are in for an audition. Next time Update:Speakers shipping tomorrow if we did not interpret the email wrongly. that Wat I eyeing ! Btw can I know the speaker sound good without woofer ? How is the low of it as compare to aego m? Is it possible to pair it with active sub such as h6 or h10? I thinking to mount it on my room wall making it my room stereo.

QUOTE(CyntrixTech @ Nov 7 2012, 01:17 PM) Aego's subwoofer is horrible, once you listened to the M50W you will know what I mean. Without listening to the others, you'd find Aego lively, coherent (which it is), but once you listened to the M50Ws you'd know how shouty it is. M200MKiii is on a different level. Did I mention that the 4M extended cable for M200MKiii will be available as well? You can place the speaker this far apart: u are like poi-ing me haha =D ok la ill try it out at ur place once u have thins setup xD

hi ts, I had been poi by your thread since long time ago, and finally I am coming back Malaysia to visit you show room coming June/July but in the mean times have some preparation work to be done =]
currently I am eyeing m200mkii/iii and in the future might as well get a sub like h10 but I read in your previous posts you discussed that this is not a good option. so I am asking is it really so ? h5 is preferred ? but if I get the h5 first will it sound as nice as the m200( of coz I'll attend the show room and audit it on my own meant time need to have a fought planning)? can give me some opinions ? coz I am rather new in these audio stuffs. i used to own an Aego M for years.
moreover, can I know MacBook Pro Retina on board sound card good enough to power these beasts ? do I need external DAC and amp for it to sound significant better? coz I am now in UK getting DAC and Amp here is way easier then in Malaysia so if a DAC can make it sound significant better I might as well consider =].
most importantly budget is around RM3k for the speakers but still prefer to cut down the cost as much as possible.

QUOTE(mizumi @ Apr 23 2013, 08:54 AM) Since u r going to audition them yourselves, no need to ask for opinion as everyone has different tastes. I have seen people who read reviews and liked what they saw, but after auditioning, it turned out that the speakers they read in the review was not what they pictured it to be like. Best is to listen to it with your own ears and judge for yourself. As for separate amping, there is no need for that as M200 and H5 are both active/powered speakers meaning they have internal amps built in. how about DAC? is my macbook sc good enough ? is it any after market DAC work better the my mbp's? do I need a Y splitter in order to make m200 + h10 to work ?

QUOTE(munak991 @ Sep 9 2013, 08:51 AM) Fuuu, getting x6 My x4 use as my dekstop speaker, very powerful already. x5 audited, more bassy. x6 can reach lower bass note. just considering! i am not hardcore/softcore audiophile so no plan on messing with those DAC/AMP and passive speakers unit. so i think i just need a simple and fair enough speakers for my room QUOTE(CyntrixTech @ Sep 9 2013, 10:42 PM) X6 is RM 5299. Pricing has not been set. Costing not done yet...busy bee Anybody with RM 2k and is really looking for the best experience for a "desktop" speaker, this is it. It's very hard to explain the sensation of listening to these speakers. There are a ton of brands and speakers out there, but somehow the X4 just disappears and has the perfect size for a desktop/nearfield speaker. Come back 1-2 months later to audition the X5, we will burn it in everyday for over a month thanks for the pricing. cheers mate
