assalam n morning..went past by d area yesterday..progress on phase 2 quite impressive..3 weeks ago only foundation works can be seen from the later lots of phase two..now i can see walls have been erected and roof being assembled..but as someone said,the progress on phase one has slowed down..maybe due to all the major construction has finished,the only thing left are the installation of windows,fittings,n painting,all which might be done later to avoid thefts and to make d paintings last longer..

Hi...I was told by the salesperson at Trans Loyal office that for Phase 2 the developer plans to change the 5 feet gated brick wall to perimeter wire fencing...anybody heard about this?

Went to sites and saw for phase 1 also they install wired fencing. Partially only with brick wall - as what they have installed b4. Dunno y.

cost cutting i assume...phase one,only half of the wall made of bricks..the other half towards bsp n bkt mahkota are made of perimeter fencing...for phase two,from day one they already informed us dat it will be made using perimeter fencing...

In the phase 2 signboard they put on "kawasan keselamatan berpagar dengan CCTV".
And in the brochure it mentions "Bangi Avenue offers you a modern enclavd of homes in a guarded and gated community". Can we confirm if if is truly G&G with CCTV?

went to project site few days back..phase 1,dont bother visiting..no significant progress wht so ever..

shop lot also so so only..went into the site and saw 2 indon only working on phase 1..others at phase 2..yup,like discussed before,only partial with brick fence..yang lain semua wiremesh fence..

i think got la.not sure.in my camera.if got,will share.most wiremesh fence at hill slope area..

sorry.just checked.dont have.just some pics of my actual unit.phase 2 also fence up already.their progress is very impressive.faster than phase 1 before..

kalau brick walls nampak more class.but wiremesh...haiz..
you should drop by sometime to hv a look..and if you get the chance to enter the site (now kena panjat pagar),dont bring along high expectation.
