This transloyal company crap company, call me today and inform me that they lauching this bangi avenue. Now selling at RM588K plus. Found out I month ago RM 550K, difference of RM30K. Will you buy, i feel cheated. Why call me now and make us angry.... Why there are prejudice in calling the people. They told me they call by batch. Cant they send out email one short and let people decide. Now the lots available facing the mall, that is the worse lots available, noisy, heavy traffic, no privacy and a lot of rodents.....
What do you think, should i buy ther houses????

About the cheated , recently got a friend took a 20x80 endlot TSL for 578k , which undertable fees involve 

Boy, was i dead wrong about transloyal. I really recommend this developer in the future and hope that they will be given more oportunity to develop homes. I went that Saturday to their office, even though i show my displeasure. The transloyal people were patient with me and were kind and helpful. They ask me to verbal book first, which we did. Upon arriving the showroom, my jaw drop down. This the biggest built up i see  for a 20X70 feet house. This is an ernomous house. Fantastic max built up. Even during midday the house is cool in the inside with all doors and windows close. This china man company do know how to make practicle houses for real people to live in, not midget people to live in. I have been to Sime Darby, Glomac, I&P and plenitude houses. Those architects should be fired by Donald Trump. Land already small and still built airwells, corners that are wasting space. One might have problem even to position the settee in the living room. One have to spend a lot of money to renovate/rectify this airwells or wasted space design by this architects. Look at the giant pillars on the porch of Kinrara houses. Only can park one car and not enough to shelter a person when getting out the car when rain. Transloyal houses different, No pillars in the middle of porch. Max builtup, no need to submit plans to renovate back yard nor money to extend it. They even put watertank outside house for easy servicng instead of under the roof where the repairman might step on decayed wood and fall down. A proper place to put the aircon compressor.

I immediate place booking. My friend got to know my intention of purchase drove down and sms me, his saliva drop to the floor seeing the 7 bedroom and7  bathroom.

Later my wife cause me to realise that if transloyal were to go all out like southville, we have no chance even to own the house. By selective calling, we manage to get the house.

I sincerely apologize to Transloyal and hope they were given more opportunity in the future.

i only wish that the make the house wider to 22" so as to enable to park 2 cars comfortably with room to walk thru. Maybe depth c an be shorten to 65 or 68 or best retain to 70 feet.

If the transloyal 3 storey design does not impress you, which 3 storey design impress you. I might intrested to buy another house. But please stay within price range and easy acess.

I saw ad on the sub-sale for 2 sty intermediate unit (20x70) @ RM475k...if I buy this now, do you think I can still get a good capital gain if I re-sell this property in 5 years time? If yes, at what percentage?

Contractor will establish their name and reputation of good service and workmanship to several earlier batch of house-owners. The objective is to use the completed renovation project as his sample, plus good words and recommendation by the satisfied house-owners.

Things will look all ok until you are the last-batch of house-owners that particular contractor undertaking renovation projects. After big amount of money given to the contractor by several house-owners, maybe as deposit or whatever purpose, next thing you know,,,,,,,, the contractor cannot be contacted.

it happened to my neighbors, and to other friends in other area.
