Max builtup, no need to submit plans to renovate back yard nor money to extend it. They even put watertank outside house for easy servicng instead of under the roof where the repairman might step on decayed wood and fall down. A proper place to put the aircon compressor.

I immediate place booking. My friend got to know my intention of purchase drove down and sms me, his saliva drop to the floor seeing the 7 bedroom and7  bathroom.

Later my wife cause me to realise that if transloyal were to go all out like southville, we have no chance even to own the house. By selective calling, we manage to get the house.

I sincerely apologize to Transloyal and hope they were given more opportunity in the future.

i only wish that the make the house wider to 22" so as to enable to park 2 cars comfortably with room to walk thru. Maybe depth c an be shorten to 65 or 68 or best retain to 70 feet.

Good Job transloyal! This is our benchmark now. When you, Transloyal building houses in Klang Valley. Remember to call me firstt....

i dont mean to talk about the price, the price is quite attractive..
but on the design wise, its just not up to my liking.. transloyal should have put more effort in design, rather than just copy paste 2-sty design +1 more same floor up.. quite dull seriously

yup.. only take those contractor that u know well (either yourself of thru ur friends), dont just simply take contractor A instead of contractor B because contractor A offer better price.. its much more than price when it comes to house renovation..
