Book without fixing the price no use. They can increase or fix any price depending on the demand. If appreciate before u purchase no point..

what is the selling price for phase 2 ,
i can see the mah sing group develop just beside the north south highway is going on already. it is very near with the bangi avenue 2. i heard that within this year bangi avenue 2 will completed. |

How come completed this year, when phase 2 not even launch? I saw huge banner "Seri Azalia" in front of Trans loyal office. I guest they will launch phase 2 soon.

mine is phase1, being told by the dev that this year can finish..so fast the project, i bought the house after raya last year & now expect to received the key after raya also.. 1 year only so goood...
hopefully the quality will be as good |
