yeah..but in term value for money, i personally think BA 3 storey really worth.
Last time I almost buy this unit...agent subsale price at 640K, Im just asking discount 10K but he refused.
If he willing to lower that, sure i buy oledi.....haha

pity to owner if agent with attitude like this.
Now BA 3 storey can get as low 600k I guess. Even got lelong unit last time.

Launching price BA3 was at 550k (early bid 530k if not mistaken), any flipper probably to greedy to sell at 700K now can stay for their ownself. laugh.gif

nearest similar unit is almyra & palmyra.
Why dont you check owner from both of this project. Is it really good investment or not.

what is the price for sub sale currently?
BA3 was in my list last time. I already dream to own stay there.

For 20' house with 7 bedroom + 7 bathroom, gated/fence & guarded. Big entrance / guard house. Really worth for money (this was my thought last time).

I almost buy this house last 3 years. The agent open the price at 635K.
I asking for discount less for 5k only but agent/owner refuse to give.

And due to this + poor communication skill by that agent. So I cancel the purchase.
And never regret it. Hehe...

1. Specific a bit can? Which part of KL? Travel by what? Car? Train?
From here to Tol Sg Besi by car no jam, but after tol sg besi is another story.

2. I dono where is UKM mountain route, but what I know there is route will open soon from serene to alam sari (maybe open edy). Another alternative is old route from pekan bangi
