3 story for RM615 still very cheap among others developer pricing , I will consider to buy because I heard the quality of the work was very good .

That day i called, price increased to RM618k liao
seriously i will consider, but really need to go there and see with my eyes 1st. But then it closed on Sunday |

BA apartment not yet launch , so how to say sold out???
They just ask client to wite name register only to wait for call.. If anyone got the very first call from developer pls inform us in this forum.. I also got ask about their shoplot but only for rent, not for sell.. Btw I also abit regret.. need to spend extra 30k to get an unit cos din follow my bro in law buy last few month..
