TR - SA told me that the Water Theme park construction is in progress at BA. Can anyone confirm this? tq

I think the water park is a brilliant strategy by TR to pull in the crowd which will directly benefit their commercial development. Since TR is not selling their commercial development. By the way what is the size of the water park?
