yes. but we mainly do GPU here, and we don't have ready stock lens. i suggest you send to other shops that have ready stock ones so the repair would be quick.

sorry for the late updates, we actually trying to capture some video of the reballing process.
lights on ~ camera on ~ action!.
*few minutes later : GPu lifted, board cleaned. than reach camera.... and found out it was only capturing 33 seconds lol.
sorry to disappoint you guys, probably will put some videos later on.
so i only got some pics for you guys/girls.

lifting GPU and cleaning is by far the most dangerous process is reballing, 1 tiny mistake, and say goodbye to your motherboard. but we have much experience, till we are sure that the motherboard will be 100% save during this process. smile.gif

here the pic after the motherboard is cleaned.
it have to be mirror clean.

here's the GPU, havent cleaned.

the gpu after clean

and we go beyond than just cleaning with a piece of cloth. we use ultrasonic + chemical.

after ultrasonic clean.

next update will be the proses of reballing the solder on the chip it self. smile.gif

But repairing the YLOD normally would just EXTEND your PS3 durability right? It's not totally gonna permanently save the thing from happening again?

Btw, I'm kinda interested to try luck to repair my dead YLOD PS3 with you. Can I poslaju my PS3 from kangar to Puncak Alam? Bro, pls PM me best price you can offer to repair? Thanks!
