If this is undet hda schedule h purchase developer is not allowed to charge u sewerage wiring until it connects to tour unit.
Unless its a non schedule spa. |

Am not lawyer....All i know is except deposit and foundation work they can charge amd claim even a single brick is laid on ur unit, otherwise all other payment it has to be connected to yr unit b4 claim. Tis is how hda protected the buyers. At least you paid for what had been done. |
