Just saw this location in CHOW KIT n behind the FAILED Quilk City Mall.. wonder who would wana stay in this SLUM!

All of the units are dual key concept, good for investor who planning to do AirBnB business or short term rental.

There is LRT and Monorail, Malaysian don't like to walk, but expat, foreigner or travelers don't mind about it, around 15 minutes walking distance only.
Heard that the rebate is 6.5%+6.5%, total 12% and come with 1 car park, if not mistaken is under HDA also.

The distance to mall is like 2 driving lane only, I think the big brand like AEON still attract some of the buyer, not forget the GSC also, otherwise take monorail to Bukit Bintang also nearby only, no problem at all.

The location is not the most ideal in klcity however mitigated with close proximity to Quill Mall and Monorail station.
