Correct...dat is as long as d entrances r open during d early morning or very late evening hours:)
Funny thing is, why d monorail station don't allow access from d mall side to cross over to opposite side?...instead hv to cross over by heavy traffic main road:(.

Just dropped by Developer's office in Publika...d highly anticipated mock-up showroom has been delayed once again, from d initial June/July then somewhere August n now tentatively October if all goes well...reason given was they r not happy with d ID standard n seek to improve further. Also d showrooms will only showcase units for d launching of Tower B which will b selling at a higher price n better quality finishing n ID, nothing will b featured for Tower A as 70+% units hv been sold. Good news or bad news, u guys b d judge haha.

Launching of Tower B in October, I can't say for sure but indicated to be in d region of 1.5-1.6k/sf....a bit far fetch if d market sentiment still low n facing competition with so many new developments choices. However I still think dis is quite a perfect city-living location to invest in:)

Pre-launch of Quill Residence smallest unit at 6xxsf selling from RM1mil onwards...posing a direct competition to Colony at d almost exact location! Now people have further option already hehe:-p

Visited d mockup show unit last Monday...weird marketing as although they launched itself as The Luxe tower B showcase, only one mockup unit of 705sf is on display, available only for The Colony tower A project?! I find it hard to fathom wat exactly is their selling point unless d sole purpose is to market or promote d balance unsold units of dat size for tower A. Anyway I love d high ceiling seen in d mockup unit:)

Pics taken at site yesterday 5/8/17 of d actual construction progress! These past few days I m sure a lot of Owners hv recvd letter asking for progressive payment to stage 2f,g n h....those stages r for billings for sewerage, drains n roads work done connected to d building, in which case normally it's d final stage of billing before VP. Can anyone tell from d pics could dat b any possibility those jobs r done to warrant payment although they claimed to hv certified by d architect? Many will b caught unaware of dis sudden advanced payment, especially cash buyers:(.
Could dis b d Developer's tactic to get their architect to certify n expedite payments to fund d ongoing construction? It just seems mind boggling to me...kindly share ur professional thoughts n comment here anyone?

Not as early as in 2012....soft launch was in early 2016 n m one of d very early birds.
