So far there's no other development or even planned ones yet. But you can look at it this way, most plots of land over there is malay reserve land. so acquiring it will be hard, if not you still can go to the facilities on the top floor to enjoy the view biggrin.gif

i don't think it'll be blocked totally as UniKL is at the corner. hmm.gif

yeah, @ 705sqf. some might be too small, but depends on the market you are going for. some really do just want a small space enough for 1 person biggrin.gif

I think it's definitely a good buy considering location right in city centre n selling point is next to Quill City mall n monorail convenience!

It is a good buy for the long run, it's in the city. as Quill City has only been up for a year, the potential is still there for it to grow. Plus more importantly that place has alot of lights and it's bright. biggrin.gif

Effective after 26th October 2015, unit booking is according to Schedule H - SPA. no more Option to Purchase required.

Processing of SPA documents within 14 days of booking date. biggrin.gif

Big brands in Quill City Mall like AEON starts to perform well recently.. can see long queue at checkout counters at supermarket area on every weekends. Other big tenants like GSC, H&M, Hamleys & NEXT also performs well too.. rclxm9.gif rclxm9.gif Definitely will attract more buyers to invest in this prop..

I have some pics for AEON taken on yesterday (normal weekend & it's not AEON member day) at AEON Food Market around 4pm

I do not have other pics for other big tenants as of now, but I saw many shoppers carries big bag(s) of shopping bags (sometimes can be up to 2-4 bags) from H&M, Hamleys, NEXT.. thumbup.gif

That's the POWER of anchor tenant (AEON) in "pulling" people to come to Quill City Mall. I could see more & more people starts to aware of the location of this AEON in the city centre, thanks to the marketing & advertising efforts done by Quill City Mall & AEON~ rclxm9.gif rclxm9.gif

Usually have to give a year or 2 to let the mall mature a little since Quill City is relatively new with only 1 year in operation. biggrin.gif

Seems sidetracked a bit instead of focusing on d sales/bookings for The Colony haha. Anyway it's good to see d mall burgeoning but how abt any new info from any buyer of The Colony? Comments please:)
