I do agreed with u dat d Colony side of Jln Sultan Ismail is still very much underdeveloped, but b rest assured of its potential in d very near future.

Of coz its ur prerogative n nobody's trying to force or influence....u don't buy but plenty others will after scouting n comparing, ultimately one man's meat is another's poison, suits u lol.

By saying Colony is in Chow Kit, then u r generalising by saying KLCC is in Kampung Bahru, KL Sentral in Little India Brickfields n many more examples! It doesn't stop developers from building super luxurious condos n 6-star hotel there right? So say wat u want thru ur microscopic view n ulterior motives whatever dat is.
Colony under instruction is right behind d three high rise in d foreground, right behind Quill City Mall n d monorail. I took these pics from top floor of Face Platinum Suites which is a mere 5 mins away. Judge for urself then before slackening other wise investors lol:)

Haha wrong assumption...I m one of d buyers n in my honest opinion, it's not a bad investment dis Colony, solely based on its closed proximity to a big mall, monorail n d nearby luxury address:). I also think a good thing shd b shared instead of slackening it just coz some of u have better preferences. Not a single property is absolute n faultless, or else one will end up buying none, just my two cents worth:)

YTL in Sentul East is another example, great location but in a less than desirable old neighbourhood, once notorious even but serious crimes r quite unheard of for d few established condos already there. There is no shame in telling ppl d locality where u live or else u wouldn't have chosen to invest in dat locality in d first place. If d name of ur address really bothers u, at least there r a few prominent landmarks or buildings surrounding Colony than just mention Chow Kit hehehe:)

Dat can b established once d building is near to VP dates right?...as for now, we just have to contend with some 7-stars members who knows better n talking crap to entertain us, who knows we mite learn something new, like avoiding being ran over by some mat rempits lol:-P

Face Platinum suites n serviced residence address is under Kampung Bahru, I distinctively saw it on their official website:)

D boundaries r so blurred nowadays, such as dat condo situated in TTDI but fell under Damansara district...n when someone said he lives in Ampang but d road across is Cheras lol. Just follow d address awarded by DBKL in ur SPA to b specific but say wat u want to ppl where u live lol:)

Now isn't dat wonderful lol?....save lots of arguments then:)

Well tot I distinctly saw d address with Kg Bahru imprinted on their letterhead during my visit there...anyway it's gd DBKL decided to remove d locality names just d postcode is suffice I guess:)

Plus if d Developer has their own panels of Banks, there shdnt b any issue arise right?

Thanks a lot for ur invaluable caution of d area...as in all major big cities around d world, there r city ghettos n slums in d midst, n there r more horrendous crimes being committed in broad daylight these days than walking d streets at night. Dat being said, I have witnessed many times droves of mat rempits causing nightmare at traffic lights surrounding d area, it's quite a scary sight to b honest:(.

Just crossed d road from Colony is Quill mall, cut through d mall on d second level where u see KFC is d direct link to monorail, instead of taking a longer detour from d outside to get to d monorail.

Dats d nightmare I experienced with my bank few years ago. After signed n rest assured of d bank loan, they refused to remit d first disbursement to d developer after d loan officer sleeping on his job for two years without informing me of any discrepancies from d bank's policy. Luckily after I made my case to d higher management n clearly it's their fault, finally they amended d agreement n disbursed d sum after a drag of few months, of which I had to pay late payment interest to d Developer!

Bon chance n not Bon voyage if my French is correct in dis case hahaha:)
Need to check n confirm with d mall d actual opening n closing time of d mall for access to d monorail link really. I would assume it's open pretty early for some F&B outlets n since there is GSC cinema in d mall, closing hour shd b quite late too if there r late nite shows.

And from Medan Tuanku monorail using d elevated pedestrian link bridge all d way to Sultan Ismail lrt station is abt 10mins walk max...quite a breeze to walk actually:)

Heard so far quite good response but not fully taken up, n only launched tower A, another tower B later. Mock up showroom expecting late June or July for official launching:)
