Item being sold/bought: Samsung 64GB 2.5" SATA SSD

Date of transaction: 31st August 2012
Details of the complaint:
1. I paid for his item on 31st August 2012, he shipped it on 3rd September 2012, and I received it on 4th September 2012. The item is properly packed & all was fine.
2. However, when I checked the item, it's a different model than what was shown in the picture in his sale thread. The model he showed is MMCRE64G5MXP-0VB, but the one I got is MMCRE64G5MPP-0VA.
3. The differences between the model is:
A) Samsung MMCRE64G5MXP-0VB (the model advertised):
1. 220MB/s sequential read
2. 120MB/s sequential write
3. supports TRIM (firmware update available).
B) Samsung MMCRE64G5MPP-0VA (the model I received):
1. 90MB/s sequential read
2. 40MB/s sequential write
3. NO TRIM support (and no firmware update available).
4. I bought the item for RM170, and add another RM4 for postage (totaling RM174). Obviously this is a bad deal as I can get OCZ Vertex Plus 64GB for RM185 or OCZ Petrol 64GB for RM195 only, and they have 3 years warranty as compared to 1 week for this one.
5. I requested a partial refund of RM20 as compensation, or a full refund if I send the item back to him (it's still sealed as of now). But he never reply to my PM nor SMS, so I open this thread here (he's already informed by PM).
-So, I'm hoping to get either a small rebate (partial refund) of RM20 or a full refund if I return back the item.
