i want to provide information for those looking to balance front and rear wheels using on wheel balancing method. I have been going to this workshop for sometimes now and it is excellent. The boss is a friendly chap, I paid RM60 for alignment and front-rear on wheel balancing

They provide rear wheel on-wheel balancing which is quite rare to be found in tyre shops in KL. Check out the pictures and videos below for reference.

It is located next to spare parts shop and taman selayang post office, u will see there is only one tyre shop on that row

oh sorry for the ignorance. please do

as an added note, on wheel balancing isn't really needed when normal wheel balancing does the job. furthermore, technically normal balancing method is more accurate, however that does not account for heavy load/high speed tire rolling and of course potential minor machine/computer errors which is why there is on-wheel balancing to cater for those minor error/imperfections

tldr: if normal balancing works, and you can go very high speeds (120? 150? 200? km/h) without car having odd noise/vibration, and/or swaying etc, then you're all good

Those with steering vibrating probs should do this, glenmarie the shop with the huge Mobil sign have one machine rm10 or 15 per side only....solved my steering vibrating issue

i'm curious what's the purpose of rear on-wheel balancing?

i know that front on-wheel balancing would solved steering vibrations & etc... but rear wheel?
