Even exclude land cost, Rm 500 mil/80k = Rm 6250 can build a unit house (even for super dense flat)?

inflation in superbly high nowadays. sometimes, i rather eat McD for lunch or dinner rather than eat in normal restaurant. a proper dinner cost around RM10 per person with drinks doh.gif

and with sugar price hiking, and without a proper regulation on stalls and restaurant, i think im going to McD regularly laugh.gif

in klang, mamak restaurant eat nasi lemak ayam with a teh o ais limau is around RM8 with dirty environment doh.gif

Maybe not, our car and petrol price just a fraction of theirs tongue.gif
*
yeah. but they have alternative. their public transport. here we dont have or unreliable ones sad.gif

and soon if they dont have any action to regulate stalls and restaurant, food prices goes up. everything else follows.

anyhow i dont see how this budget is people friendly as they claim. like me, i dont get anything from it besides that 1% cry.gif

maybe we can start a poll to see who benefits from it and how much brows.gif

MBSB looks like going to trade sideway and probably down. current support is at 2.37 and hopefully with europe so green, it can break 2.50 brows.gif

im actually looking to sell at 2.50 and then move on to CBIP if the price is right smile.gif

It's a boring counter, if you want to make quick bucks, then this should not be the counter you aim for. But if you are in for long, I guess, this counter do give reasonable return. At 20c div, it's like 7.4% now and 3.7 if it were to give only 10c. Besides, what I like about it is not much trading, during drop also hardly see movement, although after the BI, it seems to have some volume.
*
agreed. i also play thinking to play this counter for medium to long term. with very low PE, increasing EPS. just feels right for the picking.

this counter only need some coverage from IB then it will good to go for autopilot nod.gif

There is always reason why rich become richer.

One can hedge around with derivatives product.
The rich one can access more investment product, structured product around, derivatives, and many many more that is not accessible for ordinary.

You know, in US, you can buy other mortgages, or "own other mortgages" through MBS.
One can buy over others insurance (defaulted or cannot continue pay a premium on the insurance) and gain a profit from it through continue the policy. I cannot 100% sure on this, as only knew and still studying recently
Correct me if I am wrong.

there is a movie called "Inside Job" about this and in that movie it explained it very simple yet detail enough smile.gif
