For now.. MGS yield is receding, means it is good for REITs. If and when MGS yield continue to rise, the reverse will happen. tongue.gif

But then expect yield to rise gradually sooner or later as it is still below multiple year average... but when it will rise back to average.. could be 1 month, 5 years or maybe 10 years? laugh.gif
