Windows Phone can be rooted/jailbroke, but only certain model can.

More people use = more hacker interested in hacking it, so jailbreaking of WP will improve much once sales starting to go up.

Exactly, the easiest to hack/jailbreak/flash is 710.
Only certain Lumia 800 can.

Anyway, I guess hacker won't focus on WP7 anymore, they sure will start study the new W8/WP8 for hacking soon.
