What u say is damn TRUE bcoz when im a newbie in this sport i use glove n my grip is a bit weak.... then i take off n throw away my glove... early ur skin will started feel pain but after a while u will get used to it and ur skin become more stronger... purpose is to ensure you focus correctly, if you're distracted by the screaming you failed.
