Yes, it is appreciating but as soon as it goes up a bit, someone will dispose it.

Supply is high. There are so many units and so many potential transactions.

rental play is still there. Cap appreciation is a bet because of the train station. Place your bets, place your bets. Won't die as can still be rented with a fair yield.

The MRT when it will be targeted to complete ?

I wait until neck also long. Which will be commissioned first, MRT or Ampang Line LRT extension or Kelana Jaya LRT extension ?

MRT - July 2017

Whereas LRT extension is 1Q 2016.

For MRT is even 1.5 year later than LRT extension.

I think by the time MRT is almost ready, u can't get back the same price anymore. How much now? 450k? hmm.gif

Just saw palm springs 2k condos picture in Sunway Galaxy's new mall plus office project next door.. Despite the high density here, will Galaxy's mall push prices up here as I think it's walking distance..

nowadays the security guard is foreigner workers, cant count on them, recently got theft case at a condo in jb too

Anyone has any insight of any unit got any cases? I mean, some supernatural or unnatural dead? I am thinking of buying a unit there but not sure what are units I should be avoiding.
