QUOTE(Erein_nic @ Feb 22 2014, 11:35 AM) Hi there, need advice from ppl staying in PS. I have annoying neigbours (Mat Rempits/geng motor) who kept ringing my doorbell at 10-11pm If I file a complain to the management/call security, any action will be taken? I prefer not to confront them (already got bad hse break-in exp in 2012) All other neighbour are cool, no kacau2... BTW, which block/floor from?

Getting Started

|
QUOTE(puchongite @ Feb 22 2014, 01:01 PM) Fix a camera at your door, or even a fake one might help. I really doubt they would stop, but it's worth a try. Thanks QUOTE(solarwing @ Feb 22 2014, 01:13 PM) BTW, which block/floor from? Block D, Level 7

But monthly rental cannot cover loan installment. Rental about 1.6k only. Nearby pelangi apartment unfurnished 350k. Which one better?

QUOTE(Boey00 @ Jun 9 2014, 12:03 AM) 460k 1023ft, pool view, fully furnished. Is this worth to invest? Frankly Pelangi damansara is better bet for that price range in that area. Closer to curve and upcoming mrt. Agree these days property prices mostly negative cash flow.

Still hv to buy even negative cash flow, affraid tat when implement gst will be not affordable anymore...

QUOTE(puchongite @ Jun 30 2014, 08:56 AM) Which is nearer to MRT station, Palm Spring or Pelangi ? The 2 nearest stations will be Dataran Sunway and The Curve. Dataran Sunway --> Palm Spring --> Pelangi --> The Curve. The distance is almost same for each to go to its nearest station.

Look at the surrounding. At +/- 450psf, it is relatively cheap (never mind the 2000 units) LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION. KVMRT1, DASH, upgrading of Persiaran Surian
