QUOTE(LEVIATHAN @ Sep 10 2012, 08:27 AM) Agree. This blinking with so much colors kind of clutter for me. Something like not really add values to but occupy the space. But then hey, whatever floats your yacht right? because i usually off the notification volume and vibration when i at home, and my phone is always on my PC table so easier for me to notice the LED blinking without unlocking screen to see notificationAdded on September 10, 2012, 10:12 amfor Gnex users who have issue with GPS lock on after updated to jb like me QUOTE It looks like all is not rosy for some Galaxy Nexus owners. After receiving some of that buttery goodness in the latest update, some Galaxy Nexus owners are reporting what is a significant GPS problem. Apparently, certain Galaxy Nexus owners are unable to get a precise GPS fix that doesn’t allow those users to track their location. What’s worse is the fact this can possibly happen even with satellites in plain view. This bug doesn’t seem to be affecting everyone, but it’s probably a good idea to check if you’ve recently received the update. To check if you’re affected, you’ll want to open an app that constantly tracks where your whereabouts such as Google Maps, then check the notification shade for a GPS message. If the text says “Searching for GPS…” and you’re not seeing a flashing icon, that means you’re not getting a GPS lock. If that is the case, then you’ll want to confirm you’re affected by then downloading an app such as GPS Test which allows you to see if there are satellites within range. Thankfully— where there’s a problem, there’s always a solution. Galaxy Nexus users will need to go to Settings > Location services, uncheck and re-check “Google’s location service,” voila!— everything should be cleared up by then. There are added reports that the simple remedy seems to correct the bug, which indicates there’s some type of glitches perhaps on Google’s side. https://plus.google.com/1138215270714958705...sts/6p9zkuKws6R This post has been edited by amduser: Sep 10 2012, 10:12 AM |

Something about reading and writing memory. i have no idea, i only remember i played with the voltage and clock settings That's the reason you can't boot up after flashing alpha trinity kernel? |

QUOTE(DarkSilver @ Sep 11 2012, 12:44 AM) It can boot-up because you didn't pull out the battery after the SLEEP OF DEATH(due to insufficient VOLTAGE). i already pull out, but when i put it back it still cant boot up unless i do the step then only it will go to recovery modeIt's NOT BRICKED or DIED and FAR from THAT. UNDERVOLT is SAFE. But, OVERVOLT is DANGEROUS. |

QUOTE(springfall @ Sep 11 2012, 01:29 AM) i would still think U/V the 300mhz clock is better than others. i only change 300mhz and 600mhz that time, both of them lowered the value by 50cuz if unstable u still be able to boot in and quickly change and we use 300mhz range the most, phone calls, idle, sms, etc. from my past explar.. wan under/v, u/v the lower clocks 1st.. |
