it will charge but at very slow rate when it hits 98-99%.

itz like a cool down after working out.

my advice is no u dun not need it, as it is useless, wipe-able, and drains un-nessasary battery.

use dropbox. fastest ever.
put in ur dropbox, open dropbox app press it and read it. no need transfer this n that.
