I was thinking to get that Samsung extended 2000mah battery, but the SGP Neo Hybrid case not compatible with it.

Your 2000mah also original right? Just not bought from Samsung Malaysia. Don't see a problem why you can't claim warranty with it.

Besides S Pen, Battery and Chipset, don't compare Note with Nexus.

Nexus is much much much easier to deal with.
Note so many 'conditions' before one can go custom.
Nexus just download toolkit install driver
Click click click within 5 mins you can be on Custom ROM d

Note got the EMMC problem. Do anything wrong then Brick.
Nexus simply flash also won't brick

of coz root is better...

ceberus avast find my phone plan b etc.
but i don't use em..
just keep phone properly and dun 4get.
all these will still be wiped if super wipe is made, even with the option of rooted survive wipe mode is on.
