In current market DK Senza price still stand firm n not falling like other places, I think it may due to high rental income. my units rented very good price, hopefully 2nd phase out 2016 won't affect to 1st phase rental.

Walau, dun be like that bro...Hahaha... I got two la, honestly kinda regret didn't go for 1 or 2 more. 2nd phase although package quite good when they launch, but I can't help to compare 1st phase price w 2nd phase that's y at d end I didn't go for it... Not sure if will regret or not.
