Nope, i'm using the Win8 SLV, enough for my usage.
For dota 2 screen flickering issue, try disable the sli mode.

but single gpu can handle the game under full setting?

Shoud be no problem, dota 2 is not that high graphic demand.

just tested sli more smooth than single gpu .hope nvidia can optimize the dota 2
