I don't know... but Reload's guitar tracks just drowned everything else....
On my PC.... every part was soft except for his.... Nearly blew my speakers apart!!!! If you did it in Audition (or similar tracking tool), please redo and lower the volume of your guitar part....... |

Am I too self-indulgent if I listen to my track over and over again???
I think this is one of my favorite solos I have ever done........ And Reload..... the levels are much better this time around....... good job! This post has been edited by blacktrix: Feb 21 2006, 01:24 PM |

Actually, have to agree with Jemi..... alot of us still think playing fast is impressive......
As long as the groove is there, doesn't matter if it's fast or slow. My solo wasn't earth shattering fast... but at least I TRY to keep it in time and nail all the notes right everytime....... |

Also, whoever's recording next, please erase (or silence) the static noises at the end....... I still cringe when I hear it.

I know... on the last Jam...... took me soooooo long to nail one. I'm STILL not happy with it.....
THat's why this time I learned that the first few takes are always the best. |

Yay! Pix likes my solo! *glee*
didn't really worked THAT hard on it..... like you said, I just let it flow..... And I wish I CAN speed things faster.... my speed still isn't at it's peek yet.... but practising every damn day.... And of course you know that like Zakk, I try to pick every single note instead of relying on hammer-ons/offs. Yes. I love the kill switch effect...... I can ALMOST duplicate a flange like effect with just the switch.... |
