you don't need fat burners. 2 simple things you can do for free are:1. clean up your diet.
2. add 3 sessions of 45 minute walks around your neighbourhood; pick 3 out of the 7 days of the week.
there is no excuse why you cannot do the above except for no. 2 if you have disabilities.
