Yes. I can vouch on that...I'm taking Lipo 6 as well with intensive gym training 3 times a wk + clean diet..it works for me..dizzy only for the 1st day but after that it works like normal.. but i read up some of the reviews saying some vomitted after taking it..my bros cannot take it coz he got rashes after that.. not everyone can take Lipo6..very much depends on your body..
