Essien can play center back as well. Still dissapointed to see Arsenal only target one player. Where is Cabaye? or M'Villa?

Essien could be a good addition to the squad. he is still a very good midfielder and the younger players can learn a lot from him..

Very active transfer window for us actually. We sold Vela, song, rvp, lansbury, ozakup (mispelled) and bendtner on the way to juve. I may have missed a few as well. If we can get 1-2 more players today then it is a successful transfer window

dont mind whos coming in as long they can strengthen our current squad.

Essien not worth that much...but if u get him less than 15mil pound oso good money spent.... Essien is a solid box to box midfielder....bad thing is injury prone record recently.... still playing well mid to end of last season...chelsea change their playing style and essien dont really fit in my opinion...

I think at most only 1 player AW will sign by tonight. With Boscielny, Wilshere, Sagna coming back soon and Walcott stayed, the team should be able to tahan until January transfer window.
