i probably will hold for long term.. After all there is not much condo supply in kajang, espacially in a mini township like mutiara height

Then i am nt sure, u better call TLS office to find out.
Actually it is good for whole development as block C will be sold aft build and might further push up the price of ammera and ivory

block B starting price is 375k after discount? i thought it was 350k (after discount) as well.

I dun think that is true, differences of >30% between block B and C

Ivory seems the best deal for medium cost condo in kajang for me. Too bad i cnt buy the 1st phase.
Hope ameera will benefit in tis prop bull run, QE tapering maintain will sustain the bull run
