Next steps into go through the motions of securing a bank loan. There are 9 panel banks, but SA recommended to consider Affin bank (BLR -2.4, up to 45 year loan). Anyone with different views?

SA informed that floor 10 onwards of Block B already swept up by China investors along with the entirely of Block C. Very interesting indeed.

My loan is approved and will be signing all the relevant documentation tomorrow. Banker is CIMB: Loan tenure is 40 years@ -2.35BLR, no MRTA/MLTA, no lock-in, flexi loan.

Just wanted to ask if there is anything I should pay extra attention to during the "signing ceremony"?

Just to update fellow interested forumers, during my visit on Thursday, there only a "handful" (as in the number of fingers on one hand) of remaining units, most due to rejected loan applications by aspiring owners. The units are 4th storey and below.
