True but quite old property, that u need 10% deposit, this u need 1% deposit, no need renovation lagi, lawyer fee absorb, free aircond and etc etc....

Nearby still got Saujana Palma, forget already either double storey or three storey... selling approx 850k onwards...

OCBC can offer upto 90% loan for BLR-2.4, as for the tenure is 40 years of 70 years old whichever is shorter... biggrin.gif

OCBC al-amin no lock in bro... Can contact me if u want to know more.. However it will be BFR-2.35 if submitted after 10th January... Currently it is still BFR-2.4
