I just called my Sales person and asked her about the "VIP scheme". She told me it is only for customer who has completed the sales or bought their completed properties. The new customer who newly booked the units are not entitled this scheme.

I bought mutiara villa and thinking of getting one unit there for investment. I think I need some enabling from you guys haha. Really amazed by the take up rate. Mutiara villa sold out in two months, Ivory resIdence s probably will be all sold by end of Oct/Nov .
Added on October 8, 2012, 10:34 pmIt's really tempting as my aunty bought TLS pearl avenue two and half years at 220k . She told me there s a few agent called to offer to buy at rangIng from 330 to 360 Unbelievable!

Manage to get a nice unit two weeks ago and loan has been approved by ING . They are offering fix rate 4.8% which my husband feel that it's more stable knowing the BLR fluctuate quite a lot. The approval speed is amazing . Only took them two days to approve once doc is submitted. From what i know through my SA, TLS is very strict on loan submission since the units have almost been taken up. She told me left about 20 Over units and a long list of waiting list queuing for units. Their customer must submit doc within one week and loan approval within two weeks time. Otherwise they just refund customer and open the unit after issue notice. Good luck to all Ivory purchaser.

Don't really agree with what Tikaram said. Because I have surveyed Kajang sentral and Jade hill before making booking on Ivory Residence.
Kajang sentral is not really walking distant to the MRT station. If walk to the station will at least 20 minutes. And no offence, the condo is built on low land. The access to the condo is very limited.
Jade Hill, way too expensive. RM 400 plus per sq ft. The workmanship, i think you can go and see for yourself. With the price I pay for JH condo, I have many other choices to choose from.
Just my two cents.
