Maybe not so soon... Not easy to jump from 500-600k to 1m overnight. Over 8-10 years, yes, almost all will be >1mil I think. U? So you want to hold until 1m?

Very funny msian gov announced all new cooling measures but no timeline or effective date stated, then what should the buyer and seller do now? Everyone will look at each other and dunno what to do next. Sell or not sell? If sell then will it affected by new 30% RGPT? Buy or not buy? If buy then what if the 1mil restrictions imposed the next few days?

Regarding the effective date, you can always call up IRB to clarify. I read somewhere in this forum, I get a hint that new RPGT effective 1 Jan 2014.

Developer can max the revenue selling after completion gua... if they are strong enough in terms of cash flow... else one economic crisis will blow them to west sky~ icon_idea.gif

Assume that Block C was purchased whole block by an investor/group of investors, and IF their game plan is to flip, then this will be a serious challenge to flippers for Block A & B. This is because their bulk purchase is of course lower than market value, and very difficult for Block A & B to match their price, unless cut their margin. With the low entry price, I think flippers are not little... hehe... will there be fire sales for Ivory?

For flippers that have already purchased units in block A / B, it really depends on their holding power. Hope no fire sales to distort the market la... btw, which floor and view you bought?
