i m just curious the +ve cashflow means rental or wat... if talking about +ve rental yeild upon vp, i m abit pessimistic IR can be rented at 1.7k after 3 years.. however appreciation wise still possible..

Oliday mah. Haha. No la, gila meh. RR increased RM 100k, totally diff story dy. Increase 30k I also need to consider 2 times, lolz.

Rental, I not sure bcz I am not familiar of Mutiara Heights. But apprecuation wise, I think possible given its entry n prices.

This is the site for Ivory Residence? Seems a lot of shop-lots under construction too.

Any housing and commercial near to this area btw 1km?
