Just went and checked today, those cranes belong to Lee Brothers Construction and the land also belong to them. According to the notice board, its a mix development projects... Judging from the second photo it look likes those high rise building with the parking lots at below๐๐๐... Normally those 'mix development' will consist of more than one build up, but for this piece of land i dont think terrace house will fit in, maybe a high rise and shoplots, or maybe a mall!๐๐๐

Pass by SILk just now... Took some photos... Photo 1 can see it is quite a distance among Oasis, Ameera and IR. So it shouldn't block the forest view of each blocks... But just wondering what is the coming project on the photo 2, the land cleared in between IR and those landed houses

Passed by yesterday and took some photos... Photo no.5 show Lee Brothers project (opposite IR block A) also in progress, it looks llike some shoplots/shop office and apartment/condo is on the way...
