you are right. i rather the developer use full white. This colour really...look old. this is not a right way to save cost..

when i ask the developer about colour, they told me it is to match the environment there where surrounding are green. But i wonder why pearl avenue also use the same design.

3 years ago this design and 3 years later still the same design. Many many years later still the same design...lolx

erm..i was thinking definitely the developer won't increase on the cost but if use full white atleast it wont look so dull as their old development..just merely change from red to green. plus, full white and match the word 'ivory'.. my opinion..

Hi all taikors, just wonder is this the club house/multipurpose hall? or this is just merely showhouse which will be tear down after the completion? because when i went to the site, i noticed this building actually built behind block C, where close to the main road. However from the development plan, the club house actually build in front of block C. Why aaa????

ya i believe sg chua have lack of land and the old flat surrounded will remain unchanged. So buying some area with better accessibility and better amenities will give better appreciation to the property.
