Hv question that the property gain tax is base on date of snp sign or date of VP? EXP: We sign Ivory snp on 2012 n get vp 0n2015, so is consider 3 yrs when sale or juz 1st yr for the tax calculation?

Juz submitted docs for loan tis afternoon. Pool view sold out, Forest view left 10 units at low floor. Kajang Town view selling fast left 70%.
Insider news (w/o confirmation ) Tower B may release on Nov wt selling price 50k higher. Tower C may not launch coz got investor wan to take over whole tower. Believe or not? |

Seem like the price will flip kao kao or flop kao kao when get vp. Small investor cannot do anything, price controlled by BIG shark

PBB offer me 85% loan onli n appeal for 90% for me ?! Trick? Is other bank oso offer 85% loan? Pls share, thx a lot |
