Authenticator Issue, Help....

Guys,
I've attached the Battle.net Authenticator to my Battle.net account (Starcraft II & Diablo III). The problem is right now, i changed my HP Android ROM and forgotten to backup the authenticator. Any idea on how to solve this issue? Tried to logon to battle.net to lodge ticket but authenticator is still needed...   |

No choice, i've to call them up then..
