I cant give you the exact figure but i know it was all sold out within 6 months.

Sold out man. If still a lot of units not yet sell than you can say no demand la brother.

People that never play Sim City will never understand how the supply and demand works for property.

If one shot you build a lot in a new area you will most likely to fail.

Cyberjaya development was slow but steady. They didn't built a lot of houses or shops at first. But once the 1st phase was sold out they started with the next phase and so on. Now the demand for the area has risen dramatically.

Even those days whereby people were skeptical about Cyberjaya has changed their views and said yea that place has prospects now.

So once the area has matured its time to build a lot coz to fulfill the demands.
In lay man terms - Time to cash in la brother...

Dr. M is a smart and a person with rare visionary skills.

He was and still is one of the greatest PM we have in our country regardless what other people say.

And his house is in Cyberjaya now.

Come on la, with his great vision he already foresee the amount of potential that Cyberjaya/Putrajaya has.

If you're a King or a PM or Mr. President, you will sure choose the best place for yourself to stay right?
