I currently work at KL near Pudu Raya and IF I move to Cyberjaya, which is the shortest and fastest route to KL and how long it takes?
*
If you are alway station at your office. I'd suggest you to park your car at Putrajaya Sentral and takes ERL+Star line. Door to door should be less than one hour everyday without fail.

How is the experience of ERL?

In term of time, money, service...
*
Suggest round for car pool:
SH-MEX-Exit from Kuchai Lama-Sg Besi-SMART-KLCC-Pudu Raya
Time- from SH to KLCC around 35-45mins if start 7:00-7:30am
Toll - RM2:50 + RM2:00

By ERL
SH-Putrajaya Sentral = around 5-10mins (ERL interval 20mins during peak and 30mins off peak) - Parking RM2/day
ERL-Putrajay-Bdr Tasik Selatan - around 10mins - RM180/month
STAR Line - Bdr Tasik Selantan - Plaza Rakyat around 15 mins - RM3.40 round trip/day

Hi. Am considering to buy Serin residency but don't know much about cyberjaya. I may intend to move there with parents but not sure if the area will continue to boom. Can anyone share some info? The only friend I know who lives there said nothing much has change in the say 5 yrs and she's selling of her cyber heights unit.
*
For family living, can consider Cyber Heights "ground floor" unit. Value of money and can go to Putrajaya Lake side walking exercise morning + evening.

Btw, SIGNIFICANT change for CBJ over the past 2-3 years. From 1-2 eating outlet to more than 20 and still increasing..

Nice to know that. Thanks. You think Serin is alright?
*
Taking away of NEW and OLD building factor. For FAMILY living with RM380k budget, I'd rather go for 1200 sqft instead of 900 sqft.
Personally, I'll not consider Serin.

Have good faith in the development of Cyberjaya.

Also, I've heard a new theme park will be built close to PICC smile.gif
Let's hope this materialize. That will be a further selling point for people to stay at Cyber.
*
Mind to share what type of theme park?

You need to work at Putrajaya Holdings to have a better idea about this my friend smile.gif

But here's a news clippings :

If this project materialize, it will be amazing for both Putrajaya/Cyberjaya.

Thanks...
Most of the available lands are reserved for school complex or future condo/apartments development. Hardly to find big piece of land there... unless it takes the whole Presint 6..

Yes & No.

Mirage by The Lake, will be one of the best condo @ Cyberjaya.
*
I beg a differ. Cyber Heights Villa is far better in term of location, greenly, and direct access to Putrajaya Lake jogging track. The best units are those blocks facing Putrajaya lakeside.

not so congested. Visited during weekends, like the environment as I prefer more quiet area.

Easy job opportunity as I am in IT field

But I prefer landed but cannot afford those in cyber, thus went for M resi

But still 6c6c cyber props if I can afford at least proper residential projects instead of mixing with office type.  tongue.gif

For investment or own stay?

What about consider ground floor unit for low density condo/aprt?

Comparing cyberjaya and setia alam, which is a more commercial happening place with 'ong' factor and nearby to mature amenities?
If a link villa in setia alam is selling at Rm 1.8mil - Rm 2.3mil (26' x 82'), link villa of new launch SEG (26' x 95') Rm 1.2mil++ is really attractive even though smaller BU but larger land.

No doubt SA is looks more promising now.... some may not agree, but personal view CBJ will be better beat for years to come.

SA alreay reached half way of the development, but CBJ is starting to pick up. If there is another self sustainable city comparable to "today's KL", PTJ/CBJ stands better chance than SA.
